Simon Dronfield

Director

Simon founded Fuse Telecom in 1998 and has over two decades of experience in telecommunications. As a commercial and residential property owner, he also understands the challenges landlords, agents and asset managers face, particularly around rising costs and wayleave delays.

Justin Smith

Director of Operations

Justin has been a key part of Fuse Telecom since 2017. After a brief 6-month period away from the business, he returned as Director of Operations, bringing extensive expertise in connectivity solutions, network infrastructure and customer service delivery. Known and trusted by many of our customers, Justin ensures every solution is delivered seamlessly from start to finish.

Alicia Todd

Associate Marketing Director

Alicia leads the marketing strategy at Fuse Telecom, bringing over a decade of experience across commercial property and digital marketing. Having previously worked within the Fusion Connected brand, she returned as Associate Marketing Director to support the transition back to Fuse Telecom and strengthen the brand across the real estate sector.

Ian Dixon

Service Operations Manager

Ian has been part of the Fuse Telecom team for eight years and manages service operations, billing and data provisioning, ensuring customers receive reliable support. He has worked in the telecommunications industry since 2005, starting his career with Telewest before moving to Virgin Media, where he spent 10 years before joining Fuse Telecom.

Adelle Adams

Customer Service Support Manager

Adelle has been with Fuse Telecom for four years and manages our Tier 1 accounts, including Skechers and JT Dove. With a background in commercial property and building management, she understands the needs of landlords, asset managers and building managers.

Natasha Nowak

Accounts

Natasha is responsible for supporting our customers with all account and billing enquiries. From invoices and payment queries to account administration, she works closely with our finance team to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Natasha is always happy to help and is committed to providing a friendly, responsive service to our customers.
