Alicia brings extensive experience working with commercial landlords, asset managers and real estate agencies, supporting the delivery of connected building solutions that enhance asset value and tenant experience.
During her previous role within the Fusion Connected brand, Alicia worked closely with multi-national property companies to implement leased line connectivity and secure network infrastructure across multi-tenanted buildings.
Her work focused on:
- Delivering first-day connectivity for tenants
- Supporting pre-connected commercial buildings
- Implementing guest Wi-Fi networks in shopping centres
- Improving building connectivity infrastructure for landlords
This experience positions Alicia to further strengthen Fuse Telecom’s offering within the connected buildings and commercial real estate sector.

In her role as Associate Marketing Director, Alicia will lead the company’s marketing strategy, brand positioning and digital presence, ensuring alignment with Fuse Telecom’s long-standing reputation for trust, reliability and service.
A key focus will include:
- Enhancing online visibility and SEO performance
- Strengthening relationships across the real estate sector
- Promoting future-ready connectivity solutions
- Supporting clients ahead of the UK’s digital network transition (PSTN switch-off)

With a strong background in account management, Alicia has built long-standing relationships with commercial property professionals, landlords and enterprise clients, helping them maximise the value of their assets through improved connectivity.
She has also played a role in developing strategic partnerships, including introducing Fuse to The Commercial Property Network as its first Network Partner.
